ANDREA DAZZI

Andrea was raised in Sicily, which is known for it's beautiful pesce, or fish. At the crossroads of the Mediterranean, the beautiful mountain island tells its rich history through foods that Sicilians have taken from all over the world, made their own, and then became global favourites.

It was in Sicily where Andrea's passion for food started and he owned and operated a very successful restaurant. 

He was drawn to Australia to follow his dreams and has spent the past few years Managing some very popular North Shore Cafes & Restaurants.

NICO GENTILE

Nico is from beautiful Lago di Como, a region that brings stately Italian Renaissance architecture together with the awesome majesty of the southern Alps It's here where he professionally trained in pastry & baking. He eventually started his own business in Milan, spending many years there before he was drawn to Australia and retrained as a Pizza Chef & Head Chef. 

Nico has been a successful head chef in several Sydney and Central Coast Restaurants and is now looking forward to sharing his traditional Italian ways in Newcastle.
